Great keyboard. Mouse. Strange Mouse Issues - UPDATE 12/2019 - Awesome mouse and keyboard combo!

I bought this combo expecting it to be ready to use right away. The keyboard is nice and does its job well. Mouse. There is no spring for the left or right mouse button. I'm a little beyond annoyed that this apparent factory problem made it to my front door. I'm still debating what to do - I can send it back. Bad quality control. Update: Upon closer inspection, the mouse was misaligned from the factory and the top and bottom of the mouse body were misaligned. I watched a youtube video for this mouse on how to disassemble and reassemble the mouse and within minutes I had the mouse fixed. I *WILL* post about this on my YouTube channel as I plan to review this combo set. One more point: Redragon is VERY clear that the software is included in this package. This is definitely NOT. And they take great efforts to hide the software from the end user. I found links that I think are software links, but I plan to test them before sharing them here. I will raise the rating by a notch if the package works well for a long time, but given the mouse problem immediately after the release and the promised software not in the box, as well as the poor support of the site for finding the program, I can give Redragon reasonably no 5 star rating until these issues are addressed. Update: December 2019 - I was able to fix all the issues with this first mouse and the software works flawlessly. I've since bought this mouse and keyboard combo 3 more times and haven't had any issues. It's a really great keyboard and mouse combo, and I've made it the default on three gaming systems I've built so far. The software has it on their website but it's a bit strange to find. The mouse is listed as "Redragon M601-3 CENTROPHORUS 3200 DPI Gaming Mouse" on the website and has two downloadable executables. The Windows 10 version works great. I rarely run this software as it works fine without it, but it's nice to be able to change mouse settings if needed.
