Easy registration / ticketing solution that actually worked
We use this software for our annual conference in Las Vegas which has over 7500 registrants each year using it. It's easy to set up once we get past the initial setup process. The system can be slow at times but overall I've been happy with how well it works. No problems yet! If there are any issues they tend to come quickly and easily resolved by an epsilon rep who is always willing to help. Our main focus was having all of our registrations online so people could pay their way into our event without waiting in long lines or paying cash. This also allowed us to track attendance better than paper tickets would have.

- Lots available options when setting things like registration windows/deadlines etc.
- Great customer service team that makes sure everything goes smoothly every time even if you need something very last minute :)
- Good analytics tracking (for attendees) as needed during planning stages & before hand via email reminders sent out prior
