Especially now that it's getting cold and I turn on the heating. Powered by the TV's USB port. The fans turn on when the TV is turned on. The fans turn off a few minutes after the TV turns off. The third condition is met. I was so happy with it that I bought a second one a week later. I can't say if these fans will hold up as I've only had them for 2 weeks. We will see.
