UPDATE: Customer service at Greenstell did a further review and decided to replace the defective chair!New chair arrived today at is perfect.Changed rating from TWO STARS TOO FIVE STARS.Bought two of these chairs late april 2021, one of the chairs,(#2) is already starting to unravel. Contacted manufacturer, informed them one chair was in great shape, but the other(chair #2) was nowhere near as sturdy as the other (chair #1). was told by Greenstell that since each chair is woven by different people, rest assured you can use the chair with confidence. Yeah, if I want my Butt to drag the ground. The front of the seat is already starting to unravel, only after 3 uses and a month & 1/2 after purchase. Will not buy again, Find another chair.
