Yes, it the functionality is there, but there are problems.1. The fans are LOUD. with no load, the fans are spinning hard. This thing should have a temperature sensor and only spin the fans up like this when it really needs them.2. The included outlet is wired backwards. Here shortly i am going to crack it open and fix this, but i shouldn't have to. From reading other reviews, this is a common problem. Check yours and see if yours has the hot and neutral reversed. if you are up for it, fix it. sounds like the manufacturer has a systemic problem with the assembly team and really should do a recall to fix this!3. they include a cord that is unusable by the unit. The unit requires bare wires to be connected, but the cord included has plugs included like a computer cord.Knowing what i know now, i would not have purchased this unit. You shouldn't either.
