I have some problems with the product. Using the button seems to work, but the keyboard shortcut doesn't work for me. Sometimes the keyboard won't connect to the target computer without disconnecting and reconnecting. I was able to change the settings on the device and experiment with different options. I arranged a return with the seller and he contacted me and even sent me a new one with a different firmware. We went back and forth many times trying to solve the problem but to no avail. I tried using it with a home gaming PC and a Microsoft Surface Pro (work) connected to its dock. The keyboard and mouse are the Logotech G710 mechanical keyboard and the Razor gaming mouse. I think it's a good product for traditional keyboards and mice, but I know there can be issues with gaming peripherals. Support has been very busy. I'll keep playing with it and I'm sure I'll find a use for it eventually.
