I have severe arthritis in both knees especially my left one but I wanted to exercise more. This brace has helped me ride a stationary bike and do yoga with virtually no knee pain. It stabilizes the knee to the point where I can do stretches and poses that feel uncomfortable doing them without the brace. If you follow the size chart, the fit is perfect and comfortable. During training, the sleeve does not slip down where it needs to be adjusted. I only bought one but plan to buy another to support my other knee.
