When I first ordered they sent me a completely different Beeprt model that doesn't hold labels inside the device. After working with Revain I was sent a replacement and luckily it turned out to be correct this time, although based on another published review it appears that person made a mistake as well. Took about 20 minutes to set it up. Mind you, I haven't read or looked at any of the instructions they recommended. I have the bluetooth version. Just download the fba printing app, open the app and connect it to the printer via BT. Take a screenshot of the cropped shipping label and rotate it.
