I really wanted to love this printer and hoped I could but ended up having to return it. Having the label inside was a cool feature, but I find it too bulky to look at and not smooth. Plus, the plastic looks cheap and feels like it's going to break if accidentally dropped on the floor. The Bluetooth connection was so-so, it dropped too many times than I wanted to, but I guess that's okay because I was one of the first of its kind with Bluetooth connectivity. My main concern was that the knives/blades would "protrude" that you could cut your fingers if you accidentally touch that part. I have other smaller thermal label printers and the blades are quite "hidden", closer in or with less protrusion.
