Connectivity is so-so, be careful with the cutter
I really wanted to love this printer and hoped I could but ended up having to return it. The sticker inside was a cool feature but I find it too bulky and not smooth. Plus, the plastic looks cheap and feels like it's going to break if accidentally dropped on the floor. The bluetooth connection was so-so, it got disconnected too many times than I would like. But we think it's okay to be one of the first of its kind with Bluetooth connectivity. My main concern was that the knives/blades would "protrude" that you could cut your fingers if you accidentally touch that part. I have other smaller thermal label printers and the blades tend to be narrower or less prominent.
