So far I like this headset very much. It is lightweight and comfortable for long periods of wear. The microphone arm can be adjusted in almost any direction. Love the convenience of being able to use this with my mobile and desktop instead of switching headsets like I used to. I also listened to a recorded call I made while wearing it and my voice came out very clear, not muffled or like a tin can. One odd thing is that the volume on the earbuds doesn't increase much. Most of the time I have to turn up the volume on both my computer and my cell phone to hear the person I'm talking to. (which leads me to think it's the headset volume and not any device
