Had to clean quite a few things around the house including a dry grill, patio furniture, shower tiles etc. To do list just kept getting longer, and the woman's patience ran out. Knowing I had to take serious action, I decided to roll the dice on these pads based on the positive reviews. As a bonus, I can use my new Makita cordless drill for cleaning. These pads were fake. I've cleaned the patio furniture to the point where it looks almost like new. And I've tried other methods with no success. Washed our outdoor table to a perfect white. Use the black pad to deep clean the grill: Months of dirt were removed in no time with minimal effort, just letting the drill do the work. There is a bit of fatigue on the hands holding the drill and applying light pressure for a while, but that doesn't matter much and has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the pads. There are MANY different pads and scrubbers to choose from for different tasks and surfaces. Can't comment on longevity as I've only been using them for a few days, but so far the pads have held up to an intense deep clean. And for me, at least, walking around the house with a drill in hand and cleaning random things to perfection is an odd pleasure. I would almost say that cleaning with such things is a pleasure. But don't tell my wife!
