I bought this on Prime Day, one of those spontaneous moments, heck, it's a cheap buy. Someone with small feet could probably wear them over shoes but I wear 8 1/2 thin ones and have to wear them barefoot. They pick up tons of hair and lint and wash really well. I didn't dry them because the gum is a bit thin. I wish I had little kids because I want them to carry them all day every day to help with floor mopping. I also put them on my hands and sprinkled them. So overall a pretty good impulse buy!
