There are some features that are very confusing or difficult to figure out how to use them. You will have to ask someone more experienced than you if you need help. There are many different ways to accomplish the same task with this software. It makes my job easier because it has all those options. The benefits I see right now are the ease of using this program and the ability to use multiple programs in one.
