This monitor definitely has some quality issues. Bought July 21. They worked great in my home office for two months. Once one of the monitors would not turn on. I tried plugging and unplugging it probably 15 times before it finally decided to turn back on when I hit the power button. Ha, strange. A few days passed - the same thing happened again. Then another time. I ended up contacting ViewSonic for an RMA. It's quite annoying to find a shipping solution and pay for shipping, but yes, it happens. Then a week goes by and the second monitor also breaks. I haven't sent the first one yet because I haven't found a suitable shipping solution yet and now I have to think about what to do with the second one. Judging by other reviews, the deadline for their implementation is about three weeks - before the pandemic slowed everything down. I can't be without multiple monitors for more than 3 weeks. At least their support agent is responsive and nice. I'd skip this if I were you - get a more reliable monitor!
