In short, I suffer from lower back pain and recently had steroid injections. I have a tiered triangular desk that is smaller than a typical workstation and I found this stand to be a perfect fit. My large monitor is on the second tier of my desk, so all I needed was something for my laptop and mouse. I've had this stand for about a month now and it's sturdy and big enough to hold a laptop, mouse and mouse pad, and a keyboard if needed. If you are also looking for a good floor mat, I would recommend Licloud Wooden Balance. Standing mat (helps me stand from 9am to 5pm for the last few weeks).
