I have used this on some areas of the skin, I have a problem with follicular keratosis. My skin is also very sensitive, so it's important that the scrubs I use don't irritate me. This scrub is perfect for that. I used it a few times before writing the review just to be sure, but it really helped me and I didn't have any rash or irritation afterwards. I also LOVE this taste. It's not overwhelming, but it's not weak either. It doesn't have a sweet smell like most sugar scrubs. Most companies try to use a dessert theme for their sugar scrubs, but this lovely fresh lemongrass scent is one that I like and love.
