When I received these I couldn't figure out why my printer wouldn't recognize the black cartridge. Upon closer inspection, I found that the chip body was inserted upside down. thanks for youtube I learned how to open the compartment and turn the microcircuit case. If you decide to buy, please check if the chip packaging is correct. And while you're at it, make sure the actual chip is screwed in properly and isn't facing the wrong way. Additive. I just tried putting the cyan cartridge in to see if it differs from the others. So not only did you put the chip in one upside down, you also replaced the other cartridge. Really messy.
