The price seemed great compared to Lexmark. I bought 4 packs and should have received 1 black, 1 yellow, 1 cyan and 1 magenta. When I wanted to change the cyan cartridge, there was a yellow cartridge in the cyan box. So I had to buy a cyan cartridge. I put the yellow one aside until I needed it. When I finally needed it, my printer didn't recognize the new yellow cartridge. When I needed the yellow cartridge, the 30-day return period had expired. When I received these I couldn't figure out why my printer wouldn't recognize the black cartridge. Upon closer inspection, I found that the chip body was inserted upside down. thanks for youtube I learned how to open the compartment and turn the microcircuit case. If you decide to buy, please check if the chip packaging is correct. And while you're at it, make sure the actual chip is screwed in properly and isn't facing the wrong way. Additive. Bought this toner kit for the C540N to have on hand when the old toner runs out. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THEM.

I thought they were "returnable" and all four were $105. None of the toners are marked as "returnable" and I was charged $149. I'll be very careful next time'

These cartridges WILL FIT the Lexmark c540dw. but my printer refused to recognize the installed cartridge and gave the error "[color] cartridge not found". Although I was able to return them for a full refund, I had to pay $20 for shipping, which didn't make me happy. Edit: The company refunded my shipping cost, which means they did the right thing. However, the conclusion that they work inconsistently remains unchanged.

I wanted LEXMARK cartridges but they are not original. I don't seem to get the same quality as LEXMARK even though they are cheaper.
