This OXO towel rail is heavy and stable. The material on the bottom adheres well to the countertop. The towel rail itself is sturdy and big enough to hold a large towel roll. I've shown the bottom of the towel rail because the manufacturers don't show it, and the bottom is made of a sure-grip material. It's easy to load by simply sliding the towel roll onto the spindle. The spindle rotates easily but holds the towel roll in place so it doesn't unroll too easily. The roll is held on the spindle by friction. I left the wrapping on the large roll of paper towels to emphasize that this towel rail can easily hold a full new roll of paper towels. The towel rail can also be easily lifted using the handle at the top. This is an excellent towel rack for your kitchen.
