I’m 5’4” size 6/7, slightly curvy, 28” waist. I ordered a large as the measurements said (28”). they fit like a glove, the material is slightly stretchy. I have enough material at the bottom to wear heels or get a hem at the knee to bring the flare up (they’re a little long). Can’t beat the price
