I really wanted this to work, but as many other reviewers have said, this isn't for a long waist. I'm 5ft 7in, about 135lbs and have tried small 4/6s and large 8/10s. Both dug into my shoulders hard. After removing the large suit after only trying it on for a few minutes, I still felt like the straps were digging into my shoulders! The costume itself is so cute. Red is the prettiest bright saturated color and ruffles are sooooo pretty! The quality is good too. I think the underside was medium coverage. The bodice is also small and will not fit if you have large breasts. I got a triple and I felt great. If you have a short waist make sure to give this a try because it's so darn cute! I hope this review helps someone.
