THE BEST EVER! I've been looking for the perfect petticoat to go with my 50's style summer dresses for a number of years. This one did it! The length is perfect and the quality is amazing. So worth the money! The waist is a tunnel with an elastic band inside. I was able to easily remove the elastic and sew it myself to make the waist perfect for me. It did not damage or alter the skirt! I highly recommend this skirt to anyone frustrated with their search. This one did it for me!
