Review on 🐱 Multicolored Fat Cat 30754 Kitty Kahuna Lounge O Rama Cats Tiki Hut by Jessica Turner

My review is for the previous incarnation of this item, Catcrafts Kitty Kabana (no longer available anywhere that I can find it). As far as I can tell this is a new version of the same. Of course it looks like it. And if so, then I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who works/volunteers with rescue cats. We use it at our adoption center at the Petco Store. Noisy, lots of people walking by, dogs running around and generally not a normal/cozy atmosphere. But cats are noticed and adopted. However, we've learned that giving them furniture with holes to hide in isn't a good idea. Nobody sees them and they get nervous when we have to pull them out of their holes. With a cubicle, cats feel enclosed and protected while remaining visible and comfortable. If we need to move them, it's easy and stress-free for cats. This is also a great bed for cats who don't feel stressed. The only cats I wouldn't recommend it for are feral kittens or those cats that tend to sit on top rather than inside (the top isn't the strongest in the world and certainly not designed to support the heavy cat). The support rod connecting the legs was lost on our cabin and I was able to just buy a dowel from a hardware store to replace it. The boar has been used daily for many years and hundreds of rescue cats have benefited from it. I sincerely hope the quality of this version is as good and will recommend our rescue to get more for other adoption centers! We couldn't find him in forever.
