Did nothing when battery reached low voltage

Doesn't work for me but I have it 2. Will not send charge when reaching lower voltage! Doesn't help, instructions don't help.

Momentary push button on board to set charge start voltage and charge stop voltage and 3-digit red LED display shows parameters, easy to use
