My original XBox One controller that came with my console years ago started having drift issues. The left analog stick moved to the right until I physically moved the stick the other direction. Having owned this controller for years, I figured I'd buy a new controller and get this one. After using this controller for 5 minutes, I noticed the same stick drift. The left analog stick moved slightly to the right. It's not as bad as my old controller, but it was still common and very noticeable. Stick drift is a very common problem with these controllers, but usually not instantaneously like this one. Very disappointed with this and doubt Microsoft's QA with these controllers. I've never had a problem with any of my four Xbox 360 controllers. Other thoughts: My original white controller grips have physical grip grooves. This is a smoother soft touch texture. I found this controller more slippery and didn't like the grips at all. The front panel cover is not smooth in some places. There are spots on the handle where the coating has been applied incorrectly and I feel like it's sticking out. It's not very noticeable when gaming, but not what I'd expect from a third-party controller. Overall I am not satisfied with this controller and have sent it back. I wouldn't buy it again.
