Totally random, it's a 1 in 40 chance of getting 3 duplicates and 2 duplicates in the same set, or a 1 in 25 chance of getting 3 unique duplicates out of 6. I'm not saying it's the seller's fault - maybe they were leftovers from stores that were poorly "checked" so that only the unnecessary ones remained, but in this case they had to make an effort to sort them randomly , so that they appeared randomly to buyers.
