I love that HRSuite makes it easy to check employee information, such as attendance and leave balance, for every month in order to monitor vacation time use throughout the year! It's also nice how you can create multiple views so everyone involved with payroll has access - employees or managers alike- without having an account each. There are many features we haven't really had much experience using yet (e.g., reporting). That said there have been some improvements recently including being able to schedule meetings directly from emails rather than clicking through several screens. We've used other products before but they all lacked important key functions like checking holiday balances/time off taken etc. This was one area where we felt HRSuite met our needs completely. Being able to see when holidays were earned versus paid out helps keep things organized since this isn't something that always comes up during interviews.
