I needed a replacement charger for my Nintendo DS. I thought it would be a cheap alternative. It emits a constant loud hum of its own when turning on. It technically charges, but I'm not sure if it lasts very long or if it doesn't spontaneously catch fire. The charge indicator on the DS also flickers slightly when plugged in.
