I needed a new curling iron. I didn't want something that is just a simple healing iron that I can buy at the store. I did a little research on curling irons. I wanted something that would keep my hair frizzy all day, the base product didn't. I've read that ceramic barrels are best for my fine hair. Without burning or making my hair miserable. I have a larger size. 1.25 barrels as I wanted bigger curls that could be combed, brushed or swept to add volume to my hair. I like the swivel cord, which means when I rotate the wand, the cord doesn't wrap around me, the wand. Etc. It's a very nice addition so I can use it from any angle. It comes with a glove to prevent burns. I am happy with my purchase.
