Broken wiper blade.

Read the instructions via Google Translate. Wet the included sponge, cleaned the blade, and opened the tool to ensure the sharp edge cuts. Once the edge was checked I ran it over the rubber blade only to find that it wasn't cutting like it was supposed to, I ran it at low speed several times. The blade never seemed to hook into the rubber to cut through. Luckily I have new wipers on my car and I just wanted to breathe some life into my old ones in hopes of using them when the new ones wear out. Things didn't go as planned for me.
