The ability to transfer data from our current program into DIMO is very easy as it has an interface that allows you to click the files we need for each order and then transfer them over quickly and efficiently. It can only do so much because you cannot change or add any functionality to this software other than what they have already implemented. We use this as inventory control for multiple locations in both brick-and-mortar stores and online retailers. Because of their ease of access, most everyone I work with knows how to navigate through the process of using DIMO but some still get confused and ask questions if they don't understand certain things. This helps keep everyone organized and able to make sure orders are filled by the customers when needed without having us send out employees down there to pull items off shelves which could create more problems than solving ones. I like that we can see what items are missing or need to be restocked at any given point during our shift work schedule! There is nothing i dislike about this program as it does exactly whats advertised for companies such as ourselves who use mobile inventory management programs!! We have been able solve many problems regarding not having enough hands available when needed most - especially since there's no human error involved once you've inputted everything correctly into one field/button etc..
