It's orange, but not TIGER ORANGE.
Yes, it is orange, but not TIGER ORANGE. When diluted with water, it turns bright yellow in color. A small drop is enough when mixed with watercolor paint to give it a vibrant look. I don't think I can use it alone because it's harder to control when applied to paper than watercolor. I can't say anything, the color is very light.
