Review on Sardine Fish Shaped Paper Clips: 30 Count In Decorative Tin Box by Tiffany Allan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Some people never grow up

I am over seventy but a part of me has never gotten past the age of 5 and when I see something like this, I cannot resist adding it to my collection of useful fun items I use everyday that give me the kind of delight a five year old might feel at the idea of little fishes in a sardine can also be used as paper clips. I gave one to a friend who taught young children to read because I knew he too had the 5-year-old's capacity for finding delight in clever little things. His partner happened to be a collector of Italian sardine cans because their graphics are so interesting and pleasing and even educational. I discovered their their are artists who specialized in making things out of sardine cans. Who knew? Don't throw away those sardine cans. Create something that would delight a 5-year old no matter how old they are in calendar years.

Pros
  • I bought these to go along with the magnetic fishing pole desk set. It was a hit!
Cons
  • The paper clips may not be suitable for professional settings due to their playful and cartoonish design
