Bought this for an outdoor job in Florida over the summer and was not disappointed. Look: I wanted fluorescent colors (I also bought orange) to take my travel jacket to work and it really is quite a vibrant color - and it hasn't discolored at all after 4 washes. This is definitely "high visibility". Fit: The sleeves are a little shorter, but the wrists are snug enough to hold the sleeves in place when my arms are fully extended. It's not as long as I was hoping, but honestly it's not advertised as a B&T. The rest of the shirt fits my body well. Weather: So far it has been quite comfortable with bright sunshine. I can't comment on how well the fabric wicks sweat compared to regular shirts, but I would say that at the end of a day's work in this shirt I don't sweat as much as I do in my other shirts. . I'd have to wear it more often to be sure, but I'd say the feature works. All in all absolutely worth the money. I can't tell you if it keeps you warm or not - the shirt seems to be more for body cooling - and I can't tell about its durability either, but it definitely doesn't feel fragile.
