They kindly offered to help me with my dissatisfaction and offered me a full refund for the purchase of this bag. I have changed my rating to a full 5 stars because of their prompt and outstanding customer service. I've left most of my original review below if you're interested (otherwise it gets too long). Even if this bag does not suit me, I still recommend you to consider products from ECOSUSI. It's obvious to me that they pride themselves on their excellent customer service. It is very spacious and can hold many things. I love the color and design of this bag. However, I only used it for about 3 weeks and haven't touched it since. The edges of the bag (outside seams) are hard and it was constantly rubbing against my leg or my side or whatever. I didn't like getting little bruises walking around with my bag. Finally, the buckles that secure the front of the bag worked great when nothing was put in the front pocket. If something is sticking out in the front pocket, the buckles will move and you will have to do a little work to get the buckle through and secure it. The bag is good. It's just not for me.
