Poor development of deodorants and antiperspirants

When I first received this deodorant I really liked it. It smelled so good and I was happy to help the environment by reducing waste. The deodorant gets thinner with use. After a few weeks the base of the deodorant fell off. Now when I use it I have to hold the deodorant with my fingers. It's going to be a messy mess. I had really high expectations of this deodorant.
