The product itself is beautiful. I wanted to give 5 stars, but the problem is getting the ashes into the urn. You will need another person to hold the urn and hold the tiny funnel. I was so emotional putting a bit of my baby's ashes in her urn, but her papa and I got it done. π₯² Otherwise I would buy it again!
