I have a protein shake for breakfast a few days a week. I add organic cocoa powder for the health benefits, which is why I always order vanilla because the two flavors blend together into a wonderfully rich chocolate flavor. Muscle Feast has the lowest calorie count of any smoothie with the fewest ingredients and no artificial ingredients. This is a big plus. The whey is clean and pure, the flavor naturally derived from real vanilla and sweetened with stevia leaves instead of sucralose or some other nasty artificial sweetener. Contains no sugar at all. For sugar watchers looking for protein supplements, this is easily the best option. I also add a drop of MCT oil to provide a healthy dose of medium-chain fatty acids, which are great for glycemic control. It's pricey but worth every penny, and at 94 servings per £5 can, it's not as pricey as it sounds.
