This is the first one I've ever bought. I gave it a 3.5 but rounded up to a 4 because I ended up buying another in the same price range and this one was sharper but broke while using it. So my problem is that I cut the rug off the floor, too big to pull all the way out and the blades weren't really made for that. So I just used blades from another one I have. I actually put on two blades at the same time, but I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to work. Very little information came with him.
