I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by the folks at ArtCreativity when they read that I was disappointed with my spinners. They refunded my purchase price in full! Now I feel a little guilty because as I suspected my grandson as well as his father, uncle and cousins were here yesterday and had a great time playing with the spinning wheel. . My brother-in-law and nephew (both 30 years old) had to take turns playing with my grandson (5 years) and his cousins (6 and 13 years). My nephew HAS set it on fire once it accelerated fast enough! (I couldn't get it to fire.) The rail rotator worked fine once the rails were slid far enough apart. (I have to do this regularly.) Since this part was only packaged in a plastic bag, I'm assuming the rails were crumpled up in storage or shipping.) The rail rotator is now working adequately, and now I know what I'm going to do Got for my grand nephew's birthday next month! He wanted to take her home with him. A 13 year old girl advised me to get them for herself and her dad! I am very happy with my purchase!
