I have two cats, 13 and 14 years old, both with kidney failure. They are prone to dehydration and constipation. These broths add some liquid and I pour over the wet food. Both lick it dry - all four flavors. They often leave chunks of meat behind. I would like more liquid and less hardness. I agree that most of the solids are difficult to get hold of. The bag definitely needs a redesign. Shaking the packaging seems to be the best way to loosen everything up. My kittens come running now when they hear me shaking.
