The product has an easy to use interface, it's very userfriendly at every level (from customer support all way down). I do not have any dislikes as far my experience goes in this regard so that might be because of lack or familiarity due from me being such newbie! We are using uptowatch for our website traffic analysis but now we also needed something similar regarding API requests - which seems like one feature away since there was already Traffic Analysis section available before adding Api call metric reporting would solve 90% out work done!! I like that it's easily accessible and can be installed on multiple servers. The interface can be a little clunky, but we've started to use it more so as time has gone on. It's been very helpful in monitoring our server healths. We had no way of knowing if our servers were running correctly or not, which was pretty frustrating. As an example, one server might have a lot of slow queries being run while another server doesn't even have any. This makes it easy to find out where the problem lies.
