Spotlight is a good deal, especially for beginners or those who need an inexpensive addition. The fan is fairly quiet and doesn't seem to get louder as the brightness increases. It mounts beautifully on typical stands and the Bowens mount is a great feature. I've added an Aputure Light Dome Mini II and it fits perfectly (try ordering direct from Aputure when Revain and B&H are on standby). The only thing that confuses me is that it comes without the main box lid, not even sealed with tape. Everything could *easily* get enough sleep, and I'm grateful it was treated with care. Pay a little more for shipping in a different box if offered at checkout.
