This is a kind of self-build with a USB pigtail and a couple of glued LEDs with prefabricated grids that are screwed on. Anyone can assemble an almost identical device, but not at this price point. It moves a fair amount of air - about what you'd expect from 5 volts. As such, it's fairly quiet, but "literally no noise" in the product description is nonsense, of course. It's just stupid to try to claim. The blades reflect the LEDs well on the back so it looks better when used to draw rather than being forced, but that's just aesthetics. I haven't checked but the fan says 0.3A which is reasonable and might be overpriced. I've found that other 120s pull less than advertised after ramping up. There is no built-in switch - it runs at full speed when powered. If you want to use it as a general fan, the cable is too short (24 inch). It's easy enough to get a USB AA extension cable, and I imagine those who use it near, say, their computer will complain if the cable is longer. Handy little fan, quiet, good looking, great price.
