Yay it's pretty cheap and works great on my Sony a 6500 and A7Rii. I'm shooting school plays that can last 2 hours or more and I use batteries to try and last the whole show but the battery still drains at about half speed when connected to USB power so must I still change the batteries in both cameras at least once when shooting in 4K. This solves this problem and I think my A6500 will have fewer heat issues as the dead battery tray/block stays cool. Some people mention that the battery indicator keeps dropping (99, 98, 97.), mine stays at 100%. Don't think it really matters because this thing works great. Also, the cord is quite long, which is a plus. There are three sections of cable and you get about 10 feet or so of it. I will buy another one for my a7Rii. Great security if you have an outlet nearby. I can't think of a single mistake. The battery pack has a detachable connection between it and the transformer part, which I think is great as that's where it separates before the battery is pulled really hard if someone trips over it. I consider it failsafe.
