Came first in a damaged box. Parts were only in the shipping box. Then there was an adhesive that wouldn't apply properly and broke when I tried to peel off the backing paper to attach the phone/screen protector. I could not apply the adhesive layer. Luckily, the most protective part also has adhesive. Sticks great. I dropped my phone and it came loose but I put it back in. I've had it for a while and I'm pretty casual with my phone. It's very cute and I like the way it fits and would buy it again but the packaging, adhesive and assembly needs improvement. Overall I really like it, but it's really difficult.
