One star because of only getting half?
So, I received my playmat today and it is very cute and well made. However, I’m wondering why I only got what appears to be half of the playmat? I honestly am pissed that I paid $60 for this. It’s nowhere near as large as what I thought, and it looks half the size of what I was under the impression I was ordering, as well as what the other people who posted reviews got. How do I get in contact with customer service?
- Love it so much we are ordering another one! Easy cleanup. Love that it’s one piece.
- The waterproof coating wears off over time and leaves the mat vulnerable to damage
