Extremely easy installation. I had to call customer service because the year and make of my car was not specifically listed in the instructions (although I checked with customer service before ordering). Jet simply hasn't updated its instructions to include all of the new cars. what I understand but do not justify. For what we pay for this product, please include at least a set of updated instructions, right? Otherwise an excellent product. Easy deposit/withdrawal for those worried about voiding original device warranty like me. In terms of performance. My fast car is faster. Excellent throttle response and acceleration noticed immediately. torque fair. Whether the horsepower numbers are right, I can't say yet. and torque because I haven't tested them yet, but the handling has definitely increased. Know your car and numbers before you install it so you can really appreciate the win.
