Good light but they are not durable.

This is the worst product I have ever bought with the GE name on it. I've bought two batches of these over the last few years and all of the bulbs have had very short lifespans. I use them in a wall box with two lights. The devices are switched on and off simultaneously. Last time I bought bulbs I bought both these and Bulbrite 40R14 equivalents. Both brands claim a lifespan of around 1500 hours. I tried using GE in one device and Bulbrite in another. I go through at least 2-3 of these for each Bulbrite I replace. With the latest GE lamp I would be surprised if I had 200 hours. I won't buy them again. GE should be ashamed.
